Core information
You must provide accurate identity, residency, tax, and contact information. ZARI may pause or decline access when KYC, sanctions, AML, or regulatory checks cannot be completed.
Each investment requires review and acceptance of the relevant contract, risk disclosure, expected return assumptions, fees, tenor, and payment instructions before funds are committed.
Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and investment movements are processed through approved banking and payment partners. Timing may vary by payment rail, review status, and compliance controls.
Electronic records, signed PDFs, transaction references, timestamps, and audit logs are used as the operational record for account activity unless corrected through a formal support request.
You may not misuse the service, submit false documents, attempt unauthorised access, bypass controls, or use ZARI for prohibited business, speculative, or unlawful activity.
ZARI may update these terms as products, regulation, or payment partners change. Material updates will be communicated through the website, app, or account email.
Access depends on successful identity, phone, document, sanctions, and onboarding checks.
No investment should proceed until the investor has reviewed and accepted the product contract.
Disputes, corrections, and account issues can be raised with support for review.
Create your ZARI profile, complete KYC, and review every contract before a single XAF is committed.
